How it works

Contracting with Topflight in four steps

  • ◆Apply. Complete the contracting application with your NPN, resident state and licensed states.
  • ◆Opportunity call. A one-on-one Google Meet where you show your prospecting and appointment calendars and your current production, and say what you need from an upline.
  • ◆Contracts. Topflight starts contracting with the carriers you selected. Most Medicare carriers run through Spark; adding a state takes a minimum of 3 days and up to a week.
  • ◆Bootcamp and The Tribe. Finish the 3.5-hour New Agent Bootcamp and you are in The Tribe, the 24/7 community of Topflight producers and staff.

What is Topflight Insurance Solutions?

Topflight is a boutique field marketing organization (FMO) for independent Medicare, health and life insurance agents. Agents contract with top carriers through Topflight and get training, marketing support, a back office and a community called The Tribe.

Do Topflight agents own their book of business?

Yes, from day one. Contracts are independent, there are no vesting schedules and no contract-length requirements, and your clients and renewals stay yours.

How are Topflight agents paid?

Street level. For Medicare Advantage you receive what carriers pay street-level agents, usually paid directly by the carrier, and Topflight does not take a cut of your commissions. Override commissions for downlines are published in the 2027 Commission Guide.

What training does Topflight provide?

Topflight University holds 118+ on-demand webinars and a 3.5-hour New Agent Bootcamp, plus weekly live coaching, Friday open Q&A, and one-on-one time with your upline.
